Aged Care Facility - Mobile Dietitian Service

Our Sunshine Coast dietitians have a diverse range of skills and knowledge in aged care nutrition.  We are also well aware that attending a clinic based appointment is sometimes unachievable for some older folk. We are pleased to offer a mobile service to aged care facilities, providing on-site dietitian consultations.  

Our Aged Care Services include:

• Individual nutritional assessment and management plans
• Communication with catering and nursing staff, family members and GP regarding individualised treatments
• Nutritional Supplement recommendations
